IT Consultant / Support Analyst (Lotus Notes, Windows Server 2003) – Leeds, West Yorkshire.
My client a global consultancy are looking for an IT Consultant / Support Analyst to join their growing team providing support services to internal customers within the UK and Globally.
You will be responsible for the day to day running of all IT servers and systems, providing all levels of IT helpdesk support, call logging and management, participating in change management processes from planning, impact analysis and remedial actions. You will also be accountable for monitoring daily backups and assisting in office moves and changes which will include changes to the IT Voice and infrastructures.
The ideal candidate must have good Lotus Notes on a client and server environment with hands on LAN and/ or WAN experience, experience of Server set ups to include Windows 2000 and 2003 is also required.
